Ultimate Fastpitch is dedicated to providing female athletes of all skill levels with the proper instruction necessary to help improve their fastpitch softball game.  Hitting lessons, pitching lessons, and defensive instruction are all offered 7 days a week.  Fastpitch softball lessons are available exclusively at Frozen Ropes (Albany, NY), but are by reservation only.  Please be sure to RSVP today to secure your time slot.
